Fire breaks out at Bronx church

A second alarm fire broke out in a church in the University Heights section of the Bronx

The fire was reported inside St. Nicholas of Tolentine R.C. Church on University Avenue just before noon.

Eyewitness News is told firefighters rushed occupants out of the church. No injuries were immediately reported.

The fire was quickly put out. The cause was under investigation.
