PORTSMOUTH, N.H. -- Two people have been arrested in connection with a daylong bomb scare on a Greyhound bus in Portsmouth, N.H.
Police say a Lewiston, Maine, man was charged with refusing to get off the Maine-to-New York bus, and a New York City man was charged with obstructing officers.
Both are to be arraigned in Portsmouth later Friday.
