FREEPORT (WABC) -- A common noise complaint resulted in a strange arrest on Long Island.
People on Brooklyn Avenue in Freeport called police around 10 p.m. Tuesday, complaining that a Mr. Softee ice cream truck wouldn't turn off its jingle.
Police found the truck in the middle of the road with the driver asleep behind the wheel.
