NASSAU COUNTY (WABC) -- Two different weekend parties featuring underage drinking ended with two people under arrest.
In the first case, 51-year-old Pamela Leff was arrested after Nassau County police say teenagers were drinking in the backyard of her home in Lake Success.
And 19-year-old James Valle was arrested at his home in Merrick after Nassau police found a similar scene.
Both suspects have been charged with violating the social host law.
Valle was also charged with resisting arrest and police say he violently flailed his arms and kicked officers.
