Police seek suspects in arcade heist

Surveillance photos of suspects sought in arcade thefts in East Farmingdale.

Suffolk County investigators are looking for four suspects who stole thousands of dollars from arcade machines.

The thefts happened at Adventureland on Broadhollow Road in East Farmingdale.

According to police, on Sunday, September 16 at approximately 11:30 a.m., two men used a tool to pry open the cash boxes of approximately 23 arcade machines.

They were assisted by two women, who acted as lookouts.

The suspects stole over $2500, police said.

Surveillance photos (above) of the suspects have been released.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
