Long Island man accused of stealing from cars

EAST MEADOW (WABC) -- A Long Island man is under arrest, facing charges he stole from parked cars in East Meadow.

Police say 31-year-old John Young was arrested Monday after police say he stole two GPS units along with numerous gift cards and credit cards.

He is charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny.
