Eyewitness NewsYAPHANK, N.Y. (WABC) -- A Bohemia man was killed in a car crash Saturday night in Suffolk County.
Police say 39-year old Daniel Methven was driving northbound on Yaphank-Middle Island Road in Yaphank when the car struck a telephone pole and came to rest in a wooded area.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The area was extremely foggy at the time of the crash, at around 8:30 p.m.
Police say Methven was working for Longwood School District Security.
