EAST MEADOW (WABC) -- Police on Long Island are searching for a sexual predator who attacked a woman inside a park Sunday morning.
Authorities say the attack happened around 3 a.m. in Edward J. Speno Memorial Park in East Meadow.
The park was open Sunday, but police had an area blocked off for their investigation.
The park was closed at the time of the assualt.
Police say one gate had its lock broken.
Further details were not immediately available.
