WEST BABYLON, N.Y. (WABC) -- A Long Island man is set to be arraigned in connection with a string of burglaries.
28-year old Anthony Forgione of West Babylon faces ten counts, after being charged with multiple burglaries over the last three months.
Forgione was charged with burglarizing a home in West Babylon on Tuesday.
Police say further investigation revealed that he had burglarized other homes in West Babylon, Deer Park and West Islip.
The first burglary occurred in April.
Forgione is charged with nine counts of burglary and one count of grand larceny.
He was additionally charged for escaping from the police precinct where he was being held after his arrest.
He was found a short time later.
