WEST ISLIP, N.Y. (WABC) -- A pair of thieves was caught on camera stealing animals from a pet store on Long Island.
Surveillance from inside BTJ's Jungle in West Islip on October 7 shows the thieves stealing eight turtles, two fish, and a chicken.
They also made off with pet supplies and other items.
Part of the video shows one of the men chasing the chicken around before catching it.
The shop's owner told Eyewitness News that chicken that was stolen was a beloved mascot at the store.
So far there are no arrests and no suspects.
