WANAQUE, NJ (WABC) -- Police in New Jersey have arrested a 20-year-old man accused of arson in Passaic County.
Authorities are investigating a number of cases where cars and trucks have been set on fire in Ringwood and Wanaque.
Frank Segreto is charged with one of the fires. Investigators also say he threatened witnesses in the case.
