MANHATTAN (WABC) -- The top brass of New Jersey Transit is meeting face to face with commuters in an effort to boost customer satisfaction.
Executive Director James Weinstein and other staff members met with riders at Penn Station Thursday night.
It's part of New Jersey Transit's "We are Listening" forums which give riders a chance to interact with senior staff to offer complaints or suggestions.
