EAST BRUNSWICK, N.J. (WABC) -- Traffic on the New Jersey Turnpike is back to normal after an accident backed things up for miles.
It happened at the peak of rush hour, in East Brunswick.
Police say a van flipped in the northbound lane.
Traffic was backed up for miles and the outer lanes of the turnpike had to be shut down as rescue workers worked to free the driver.
He is in serious condition.
