EAST RUTHERFORD (WABC) -- Bruce Springsteen took the stage Tuesday night in his native New Jersey without his beloved "Big Man," who died last summer.
The Boss has hired the nephew of the late Clarence Clemmons to play saxophone on his world tour, which began last month and reached the Izod Center in East Rutherford for shows Tuesday and Wednesday.
Springsteen's first tour in almost three years, and his first without his longtime side man, is to promote his new album "Wrecking Ball."
Springsteen will be at Madison Square Garden for concerts on Friday and Monday.
