LINDEN, N.J. (WABC) -- A man in New Jersey will appear in court Wednesday to face charges he allegedly assaulted his elderly neighbor last month.
The dispute, police say, was over parking.
Both men live on Bachellor Avenue in Linden.
Police say Lloyd McCauley repeatedly punched his 75-year-old neighbor's face because he thought the neighbor parked on his driveway.
The victim suffered a broken nose and cuts on his face.
