KENILWORTH (WABC) -- New Jersey police are investigating a phony bomb threat that caused the evacuation of a neighborhood Sunday.
SWAT teams swarmed Newark Avenue in Kenilworth after police received a Skype threat about a pipe bomb.
Police say a man threatened to hold his siblings hostage in their home.
Authorities took a person into custody but released him when they found out he did not have any siblings.
Investigators say the suspect likely played a prank on someone and was not in the house.
