Teen fatally shot while playing basketball in Paterson, New Jersey

PATERSON, New Jersery (WABC) -- Police in Paterson, New Jersey are investigating the death of a 17-year-old boy who was fatally shot while playing basketball Tuesday night.
The incident took place while a group of people were playing basketball near the intersections of Godwin Avenue and Auburn Street.
Police say the unknown subject was firing shots in the direction of the group when Jaquell Johnson was shot in the chest and died from his injuries.
