BROOKLYN -- A grand jury has voted to indict Lamont Pride on first-degree murder charges in the death of Police Officer Peter Figoski.
According to the indictment issued Tuesday, four other suspects participated in the botched robbery that led to the killing of the veteran policeman.
Kevin Santos, Ariel Tejada, Nelson Morales and Michael Velez are charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
All five men are awaiting arraignment on Tuesday afternoon.
