ROTC teacher arrested for inappropriate touching

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Another New York City teacher is under arrest and accused of inappropriately touching a student.

Darryl Lynch, an ROTC teacher at the High School of Graphic Communication Arts in Midtown, is charged with forcible touching and sex abuse.

He's accused of touching a 14-year-old girl in a sexual manner, over her clothes, twice this month.

In one incident he allegedly slapped the girl on her buttocks.
