Tense moments as planes clip wings at Kennedy Airport

There were some tense moments for hundreds of passengers at JFK Airport Sunday night.

Airport sources say a flight with 280 people on board was being towed to its gate when its wing struck the rear stabilizer of a parked airliner.

The parked plane was boarding passengers at the time.

The sources say a worker who was helping to guide the towed plane was "inattentive."
