NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police are searching for the suspect who shot a man in a Brooklyn Laundromat Tuesday morning.
A surveillance image has been released of the man police say walked into the Wesley Laundromat on New Lots Avenue in East New York just after 7 a.m. holding a gun.
He allegedly ordered a 64-year-old man and a 75-year-old man to the ground.
When the 64-year-old refused, police say the suspect shot him in the torso and shoulder and ran away.
The victim survived the attack.
The suspect is described as a black male last seen wearing dark-colored clothing.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
