NEW YORK (WABC) -- Two tourists in Midtown helped chase down a suspected robber, and held him until the police showed up.
The Florida sightseers said they were just trying to get to the Empire State Building, when they stumbled upon the would-be thief at the 7-11 on Madison Avenue and East 33rd Street.
When Eyewitness News' cameras arrived on the scene, the suspect was still on the ground.
The clerk at the store, says the same man had robbed him before.
