Explosions rock New York City for HBO show

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Explosions rocked two New York City neighborhoods, but don't worry, it was just some movie magic.

The HBO series "Boardwalk Empire" is filming in Greenpoint and parts of Manhattan.

Production included explosions that were detonated between 10 and 11 Thursday night.

Residents were warned to expect some commotion, including the possible sighting of a giant fireball.
