Two police officers among 5 hurt in Brooklyn crash

CYPRESS HILLS (WABC) -- Five people, including two police officers, are recovering from injuries they suffered in a bad accident in Brooklyn early Sunday morning.

The crash happened at Jamaica and Pennsylvania Avenues in Cypress Hills.

There were four vehicles involved, including at least one police cruiser.

Three people were taken to Jamaica Hospital, two others to Brookdale.

The injuries are serious, but not life-threatening.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
