Man fatally shot outside barber shop

NEW YORK (WABC) -- The NYPD has identified a man who was shot and killed on the Lower East Side over the weekend.

Police say 29-year-old Charles Fernandez was shot Saturday night on Forsyth Street.

Authorities say he and another man got into a brawl inside a barber shop before taking the fight to the street.

That's where fernandez was shot in the chest

He managed to put himself in a cab to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made.
