NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police are hunting for the man who tried to rape a woman in Bedford-Stuyvesant early Friday morning.
Security cameras caught a picture of the suspect as he walked with his intended victim near her house.
Moments later, police say he grabbed the 21-year old woman and tried to rape her.
Someone walking by stopped the attack after the victim began to scream.
The man then fled the scene.
He is described as a black male in hsi 20's, 6' tall weighing 170 pounds, The suspect was clean cut wearing a black jacket, dark pants and a winter hat with draw strings.
