Suspect arrested in Harlem homeless shelter stabbing

Police in Harlem have arrested a suspect in a deadly stabbing at a homeless shelter.

Investigators say the suspect used scissors to stab the victim in the neck.

Keith Varney, 45, was pronounced dead at St. Luke's Hospital.

The scissors have not been found.

The suspect is identified as 41-year-old Saladin Saunders.

Saunders is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
