NEW YORK (WABC) -- A two-alarm fire burned through a row of homes in Brooklyn, injuring at least three people.
The fire broke out in one apartment building on Rogers Avenue just after 7 a.m. Monday and spread.
The fire burned through the apartment building and broke through the roof.
Lisa Del Sol and her daughter were some of the victims rescued by firefighters during the blaze.
"I was literally hanging outside the window..any longer," Del Sol said.
One eyewitness said he saw the fire progressing 10 feet in the air.
At least three residents were being treated for non life threatening injuries.
The Buildings Department will to check the stability of the apartment buildings.
Investigators believe the fire started in the first floor hair salon, also owned by Del Sol.
