Arrest made in Lower East Side teen murder

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police have made an arrest in the deadly shooting of 16-year-old boy on the Lower East Side.

Raphael Ward was gunned down last Friday.

Now, the NYPD has arrested 16-year-old Timothy Montalvo.

He is one of four teens allegedly seen on surveillance footage entering and exiting a grocery store near where the shooting happened.

Police are now looking for the other suspects in the case.
