2014 FDNY Calendar of Heroes goes on sale Monday

NEW YORK (WABC) -- The FDNY is turning up the heat for the 2014 edition of the Calendar of Heroes.

The official FDNY 2014 calendar featuring 13 shirtless firefighters showing off their chiseled abs is going on sale Monday.

Jose Cordero of Engine 257 in Brooklyn graces the cover.

The $15.95 calendar features active firefighters at locations across the city.

All proceeds from the sale go to promoting fire safety for residents and training for firefighters.

You can get a copy of the calendar and meet some of the firefighters Monday morning in Times Square.

The calendars can be purchased online at FDNYFireZone.org or FDNYFoundation.org.
