71-year-old woman attacked and robbed

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police released the sketch of a man wanted for brutally attacking and robbing a 71-year-old woman in Brooklyn.

Police say he approached the woman from behind while she was walking on Macon Street in Bushwick.

It happened Thursday afternoon.

He choked her, threw her to the ground, and ran off with her credit cards and keys.

The woman was treated and released from the hospital.
