Suspects wanted in Manhattan armed robbery spree

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police are searching for a pair of armed robbers targeting victims on the streets of Manhattan, and one of them was caught on surveillance video.

Authorities say the pair is behind at least three robberies in Midtown this month, near Grand Central Terminal, Penn Station and on 11th Avenue near 43rd Street.

In the most recent incident, around 4 a.m. on September 3, the victim was punched several times and mugged.

The other incidents happened at 8 p.m. on September 2 and at 3:30 a.m. on September 3.

Anyone with information regarding any of these incidents is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
