Police are looking for a would-be bank robber in Manhattan, and they have released a very clear photo they hope will lead to an arrest.

Authorities say the man in this surveillance picture tried to rob a Bank of America on Third Avenue in Midtown just before 11:30 a.m. Monday.

He gave the teller a note demanding money, but the teller refused. So the suspect left the bank empty handed.

No injuries were reported at this incident.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
