Man arrested in Stamford slashing during haircut

STAMFORD (WABC) -- A fight during a haircut landed a man behind bars in Connecticut, where he is sure to stand out.

David Davis, 21, was getting a haircut in an apartment in Stamford when a man he had earlier argued with entered the room.

Davis says he felt threatened, so he allegedly stabbed the man in the back with a pair of scissors.

The victim is expected to survive.

Davis is charged with first-degree assault.
