Police look for suspect in Bedford sex assault

BEDFORD (WABC) -- Police are looking for the public's help in catching a sexual predator who attacked a teenager behind a church in Westchester County.

The 18-year-old victim says she was attacked Thursday afternoon on a trail behind St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Bedford.

Her attacker is described as about 50 years old, 6-foot-2 and weighing between 220 and 230 pounds.

He has salt and pepper hair and a well-groomed beard.
