Wednesday, September 25, 2013
NEW YORK (WABC) -- The man accused of killing two people when he drove a boat into a barge on the Hudson appeared in court Wednesday.
35-year-old JoJo John is charged with vehicular manslaughter.
Police say he was piloting a powerboat the night of July 26th when it struck a barge near the Tappan Zee Bridge.
A bride-to-be and the best man were killed.
John's attorney says the barge was not lit well enough.
