CALIFORNIA -- A high-speed police chase in California ended in a violent crash Thursday night, and the entire incident was caught on camera.
Police say a carjacking suspect took a stolen Kia minivan off-road, crashing into a fence and flipping down an embankment.
Authorities were chasing the driver for about 15 minutes when he drove off the small hill and into the fenced-off driveway.
About 30 minutes later, the suspect stuck his head out of the vehicle and surrendered without incident.
Before giving himself up, though, the suspect apparently tossed various items from the van, including floor mats and clothes.
