Super Bowl recipe, artichoke and brie dip

With the Super Bowl days away Neighborhood Eats visited Kilkenny House resuraunt and pub.

Here is a recipe they suggest for this weekend.

Artichoke and Brie Dip


  • 12 oz artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Brie cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper Method:
  • Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream and Worcester sauce together until well blended.
  • Add Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and blend.
  • Add Brie and mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Put in baking dish and bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm with toasted rustic garlic bread.
