NASSAU CO. (WABC) -- Nassau County Executive Thomas Suozzi is fighting to hang on to his job.
Suozzi and challenger Edward Mangano had about 48 percent of the votes with 98 percent of the precincts reporting.
Suozzi, a Glen Cove Democrat, led Mangano, a Republican from Bethpage, by about 250 votes, according to the Nassau Board of Elections.
"But you know what? We're gonna win this," Suozzi told supporters Tuesday night.
