NEW YORK (WABC) -- There will be no No. 7 trains running between Queensboro Plaza and Times Square this weekend.
Crews are installing a modern automated signal system.
Service between Queens and Manhattan will be suspended from 11:45 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday, and the work will repeat for the remaining weekends in October, as well as two weekends in November.
There will be alternative service on the E, F, N and Q trains and shuttle buses. The Times Square shuttle will be in operation throughout the weekend.
