Evan Beach

Born and raised in Mid-Michigan, Evan went to Ovid-Elsie High School and graduated from Alma College with a Bachelors degree in Communication in 2006. While in college, he was a sports writer for the school newspaper and hosted a sports talk radio show.

Evan first came to ABC 12 as a college intern in the sports department in 2005, and returned as a second-year intern in 2006.

After stints in Marquette as sports director at WBUP-TV and Grand Rapids as a sports photographer/reporter at Fox 17, Evan is thrilled to be back at ABC 12.

Evan has been involved in sports as a fan, athlete and even a coach for as long as he can remember. In his spare time, Evan enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
