FLINT (WJRT) -- (11/06/09) -- Police say they need help from the public to identify robbery suspects recorded on surveillance video.
Flint police say the video shows the man in the red hat tried to rob a woman at gunpoint in the parking lot of the "Quick Pick Party Store" near Grand Traverse and University on Oct. 22.
It happened around 3:15 p.m., and the woman actually just drove off after seeing his rusty, black revolver.
Police believe a man in the white and red sweatshirt seen here was with him.
They were both caught by the store's surveillance camera.Police say the attempted armed robbery happened just two hours before two men tried to rob this man outside his home in Mott Park.
He fought back with a two-liter bottle of Diet Pepsi, but was shot in the groin.
This is a composite sketch of one of the suspects.
Call The Flint Police Department if you have any information about either incident.
810-237-6944 for Sgt. Leigh Golden or 810-237-6911 for Sgt. Jeff Collins.
