Halloween pet parade and costume contest

3 of 6: Canines of all shapes and sizes dressed up for the annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest hosted by Tails in the City. They met at the Pet Boutique on East Delaware and then marched to Washington Square Park, where judges presented prizes for the best costumes.
