Rod Blagojevich announces a plan to remove drugs, from drug companies that are limiting their supplies to Canada, from the state health plan's preferred list in Chicago, Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2003. Blagojevich launched the Internet based I-Save Rx drug import plan in October 2004 to help battle the high cost of medications.
