The cold season means our skin can really suffer and get dry and chapped. The good news is that you can actually make your own healing balms and salves with natural ingredients you can find at a local natural food store or even your supermarket.
Jennifer Davit, director and head horticulturist of the Lurie Garden joined us in our ABC7 studio to show how to make salves, balms and scrubs, for yourself or for gifts.
