Baby bear escapes from garage

  

June 25, 2012 (SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif.) (WLS) -- Home video captured a mother bear helping her young cub who got into a bit of a bind.

The cub somehow got into a garage and climbed up onto the garage door tracks after the doors closed.

The baby bear couldn't figure how to get out, so mama bear came to the rescue and opened the garage door. That appeared to give the bear cub some much needed courage, so he shifted over to a ladder which was propped against the wall, swung himself on and carefully climbed down.
