Will Apple reveal the iPad Mini next week?

October 16, 2012 (WLS) -- Rumors are swirling that Apple will unveil a smaller model of the iPad tablet next week.

Apple sent invitations to the media for an event on October 23rd.

Tech fans have been expecting the debut of the first smaller iPad.
