Starbucks offers braille gift cards

October 3, 2013 (WLS) -- Starbucks says it will now offer a braille gift cards.

The coffee shop chain says a braille gift card will become a permanent gift card option.

Until now, Starbucks only offered gift cards made especially for the visually impaired during the month of October, which is disability employment awareness month.

The braille Starbucks gift card helps customers distinguish between it and other credit and gift cards.
