October 30, 2007 (NEW YORK) (WLS) -- First Dick Cheney, now it appears Barack Obama is related to Brad Pitt.
The New York Post is reporting that Obama and Pitt share an eighth-great grandfather.
Pitt told the Post, "If it is true, I consider it great company."
The website Ancestry.com did the research for the Post.
Earlier this month, it was discovered that Obama and Vice President Cheney are eighth cousins.
