July 18, 2012 (WLS) -- Jim Belushi's band The Sacred Hearts, a Blues Brothers band, performed last week with Dan Aykroyd at Ravinia, and he's back in town to perform at the Rivers Casino in Des Plaines for its one-year anniversary.
Belushi participated in the official ribbon cutting at the Rivers Casino Grand Opening last July and performed at the Grand Opening. Everyone who enters the casino Wednesday before 10 a.m. gets a gift. But the first 100 guests who enter the casino get prizes, like pairs of tickets to Wednesday night's performances. Rivers Casino doors open Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. Wednesday night's show is invite only. But head to Rivers Wednesday morning for your chance to win tickets to the performance.
Belushi also threw out the first pitch at Tuesday night's Chicago Cubs game.
Belushi also recently wrote an article about his brother, John, for the Chicago Sun-Times.
